Anjala Petti(Indian Seasoning box)




Anjala Petti is used in most of the South Indian Kitchen for easy access to Seasonings.

The most used seasonings in South Indian Cooking are Musturd Seeds,Urad Dal,ChannaDal,Fenugrek Seeds(Methi Seeds),Coriander Seeds,Cumin Seeds & Red Chillies

nice blog.BTW it is not anjalai petti,it is anjarai(aindhu arai=5 portions)petti.traditional anjarai petti has just 5 portions.
