Ishtu










Ingredients

Potato- 3 medium
Coconut milk(canned)-1
Green chillies-3
Ginger-a medium piece
Salt to taste
Curry leaves- 6
Coconut oil - 2tsp

Method

  1. Pressure cook the potatoes adding little salt. Peel it and crumble it lightly with hands.
  2. Cut the green chillis and ginger into long pieces.In a hot pan add 1 tsp of coconut oil and add the green chillies, ginger and curry leaves and add the potatoes.Add the coconut milk to it and cook it in low flame.When it satrs to boil off the the heat and keep it closed.
  3. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil before serving.
