Onion Pakora



Ingredients

Onion – 2
Redchilli pdr – 1 tsp(to your taste)
Cuminpdr -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Asafeotida a pinch
Besan -1 cup
Rice flour-2 tsp
Oil for deep frying



Method

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces and Add all the other ingredients to it. Add little water to bind it all together.
  2. Keep oil in frying pan.When smoke starts to come, pinch small pakoras into the oil and deep fry it. Turn the heat to medium.Put it in a paper towel after frying so that excess oil settles in it.
  3. Serve it with Coriander or dates chutney or ketchup.
