Onion Pakora
Ingredients
Onion – 2
Redchilli pdr – 1 tsp(to your taste)
Cuminpdr -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Asafeotida a pinch
Besan -1 cup
Rice flour-2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Method
- Cut the onions into small pieces and Add all the other ingredients to it. Add little water to bind it all together.
- Keep oil in frying pan.When smoke starts to come, pinch small pakoras into the oil and deep fry it. Turn the heat to medium.Put it in a paper towel after frying so that excess oil settles in it.
- Serve it with Coriander or dates chutney or ketchup.
