Tindora-Corn Curry
Ingredients
Tindora(kovakka)-2 cups cut tindora
Corn kernels-1 cup
Green chilli-2
Salt to taste
Oil-2tsp
Mustard seed-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Grated coconut-2 tsp
- Wash the Tindora and cut into cubes.
- In a pan add oil.Add the mustard seeds and urad dal.When it splutter add the green chillies and cut Tindora and Corn kernels.
- Add 1 tsp of oil and fry it lightly.Sprinkle some water and keep it closed.
- When it starts to become soft add 1 more tsp of oil and keep it open till the water evapourates.Add salt to taste.
- Garnish it with grated coconut
